Bittersweet Farms is a world renowned leader in serving individuals with autism. We are seeking a part time Community Outreach Specialist for our Lima, Ohio location. The Community Outreach Specialist is responsible for coordinating an array of recreational services to the community and working with adolescent participants. This is an outreach program intended to provide services to adults with autism while highlighting the services that we provide. This position requires evening availability from 5:00PM-8:00PM and weekends. This is a part-time role, working 12 hours per month. Ability to work on-call DSP shifts during our day program is strongly preferred.

The right person will have one to three years of experience working with individuals with autism along with prior leadership, activities planning and scheduling experience. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Knowledge of waiver rules and regulations a plus.
